Heroína

After discovering her mother dead from an overdose, 10-year-old Esperanza is visited by Ultra, her imaginary superhero friend. Refusing to face reality, Esperanza accompanies Ultra into the most dangerous neighborhood of Barcelona in search of her mother’s killers.
